The 1st Skype call/Google hangout serves mainly as an introduction. It's an informal conversation where you tell me about your business, what your pain points are and what you'd like to change. I, in turn, tell you how I could be of assistance to you. It can last up to an hour and is completely free of charge. Shortly thereafter I revert to you with a short proposal. There is no commitment. If you like the proposal and are happy to proceed, then a second call is scheduled during which the scope of the project is outlined and a time frame for deliverables is drawn up.
